On October 21, 2026, the Department of Civil Engineering at Jeonbuk National University and Shinhan ARIS Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for industry–academia collaboration.

Through joint research, expert seminars, technical exchanges, and shared use of research facilities and equipment, the two organizations aim to advance technologies and strengthen industry–academia collaboration in smart construction and geospatial information.
